REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST The Commission is seeking to develop a list of qualified independent Private Sector Inspector Generals ("IPSIG") to provide monitoring services for specified stevedoring companies on as-needed basis. To that end, the Commission seeks Expressions of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from any applicant wishing to act as an IPSIG for stevedoring companies licensed by the Commission and operating in the Port. The Commission is looking for an IPSIG with legal, auditing, investigative and other technical skills to oversee the operations of stevedoring companies, and to ensure compliance with the Waterfront Commission Act and with other relevant laws and regulations. read more...
